Whole Wheat Muffins!

I was going to show you my thrift shop finds today, but Blogger seems to be having picture issues. So...Another tasty whole grains recipe - tried and true!

Ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 t. salt
4 1/2 t. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 cups milk
1/3 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Combine wet ingredients, thoroughly mix. Add dry ingredients to wet, stir until just moistened. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes.
Eat with jam, butter, honey-butter. Yum, yum!

Oh boy. Another recipe.

I came to let you know I made the cornbread last night, only I made a substitution. I used nonfat yogurt instead of buttermilk. It turned out great.

Thanks.
